No. PaperMap is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). For official papers, results and notices always use aktu.ac.in.

The core is free forever: Topic Heatmap and Repeat Detector for every subject, the PYQ bank, Unit Check-ins, the planner for one subject and 3 Answer Coach checks a month. The Semester Pass (₹199) unlocks the planner for all subjects, Pass Mode, Night-Before Sheets and 60 checks.

No. We do not host notes, guide books or pirated material. PaperMap gives you decisions (what to study, in what order) and feedback (how your answer would score). Use whatever notes and textbooks you already trust.

PaperMap is pre-launch. Join early access and the Telegram channel — we will invite early-access students in batches and announce the launch date there first.

We are starting with AKTU B.Tech CSE core subjects for semesters 3–6, then adding final-year subjects and allied branches (IT, CSE-AI/ML, CSE-DS and similar). The subjects page shows exactly what is live and what is coming next.

Answer Coach gives a practice estimate based on the key points, diagrams and structure an examiner usually looks for. It can be wrong — especially with unclear handwriting or unusual but valid answers. Treat it like a strict senior reading your answer, not as official marks.

The app interface starts in English with simple Hinglish help text. Answer Coach is designed to read English answers first; Hindi-medium answer support is on the roadmap — tell us on the suggestions page if you need it.

No one can, and anyone who says so is guessing. PaperMap shows what past papers say and ranks topics by evidence. It improves your odds; it does not predict the paper.

Yes — Pass Mode exists for exactly this. It shows the smallest set of topics that has historically covered the pass line, so you can clear the back paper without dropping your current-semester preparation.

Yes. PaperMap is built mobile-first and runs in the browser. You will be able to add it to your home screen like an app.

We collect only what we need to run the product, never sell personal data, and let you delete your account and uploads. Answer photos are used to check your answer and are not shared publicly. Read the privacy policy for retention details and your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023.

You pay by UPI. There is no auto-renew — a Semester Pass simply ends and you choose whether to buy again.

One photographed answer to one question. Re-checking an improved version of the same answer counts as a new check.

Semester Pass checks end with the pass. Check Pack checks never expire, so buy those if you want a long-term balance.

Yes — within 7 days of purchase, if you have used fewer than 5 Answer Coach checks from it. Check Packs are refundable within 7 days if no checks were used. See the refund policy for details.

The prices are already set for students. If cost is genuinely stopping you, write to us — we would rather you use the free tier fully than not at all.
