Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PaperMap website and app (“PaperMap”), provided by PLACEHOLDER legal entity name (“we”, “us”). By using PaperMap you agree to them.

1. What PaperMap is

PaperMap is an independent study-planning tool for AKTU B.Tech students. It analyses previous-year question patterns, builds study plans and gives practice feedback on written answers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). For official papers, syllabi, results and notices, use aktu.ac.in.

2. No guarantees about exams or marks

• Topic rankings, Pass Mode and plans are based on historical patterns in past papers. They do not predict any future paper.
• Answer Coach scores are practice estimates, not official marks, and may differ from how an examiner grades.
• You remain responsible for your own preparation and for checking official syllabi and rules.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your login secure and use PaperMap only for your own study. You must be 18 or older, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to share, or that is unlawful or abusive;
• use PaperMap to distribute question papers, notes or other material in breach of anyone’s rights;
• scrape, resell or copy PaperMap’s data or features;
• attempt to break, overload or bypass security or usage limits;
• use PaperMap for cheating in any examination.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of answers and other content you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process it to provide the service to you. We will not publish your content.

6. Plans and payments

• Prices are listed on the pricing page in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are made by UPI through a payment gateway.
• Plans do not auto-renew.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

7. Our content and intellectual property

PaperMap’s software, design, topic mappings and written content belong to us or our licensors. Previous-year question text is referenced for analysis and study; rights in official papers remain with their owners.

8. Availability and changes

PaperMap is pre-launch and features may change. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before they take effect.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PaperMap is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including exam results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at PLACEHOLDER city have exclusive jurisdiction.
