Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want paying for PaperMap to feel low-risk. This policy covers purchases made after launch.

In short

• No auto-renew, so nothing to cancel. Plans end on their own.
• Semester Pass: full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 5 Answer Coach checks from it.
• Check Pack: full refund within 7 days of purchase if no checks from the pack have been used.
• Duplicate or failed payments are always refunded in full.

How to request a refund

1. Go to the contact page and choose “Something else”, or email us.
2. Include the email on your account and the UPI transaction reference.
3. We confirm eligibility within 2 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (your UPI source). Banks usually credit refunds within 5–7 working days after we initiate them.

When refunds are not available

• After the 7-day window, or once the usage limits above are exceeded.
• For accounts suspended for breaking the terms of use.

If something went wrong on our side — for example, a feature you paid for was unavailable — write to us even outside these rules. We will look at it fairly.

College plans

Refunds for College plans follow the agreement signed with the institution.
