Billing FAQ
Money questions, answered.
How do I pay?
By UPI (any UPI app). We will add other methods only if students ask for them.
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. There is no auto-renew and no mandate. A Semester Pass ends at the end of the semester and you decide whether to buy the next one.
What counts as one Answer Coach check?
One photographed answer to one question. Re-checking an improved version of the same answer counts as a new check.
Do unused Semester Pass checks carry over?
Semester Pass checks end with the pass. Check Pack checks never expire, so buy those if you want a long-term balance.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 7 days of purchase, if you have used fewer than 5 Answer Coach checks from it. Check Packs are refundable within 7 days if no checks were used. See the refund policy for details.
Is there a student discount?
The prices are already set for students. If cost is genuinely stopping you, write to us — we would rather you use the free tier fully than not at all.
